Package 1: The Works

  • Travel Planning and Concierge: I plan every moment of your trip and arrange everything to your specifications, including airport pick up and all ground transportation with friendly, trusted, local drivers. I book all your hotels, excursions, experiences meals, etc. Whatever you’d like. Fully customizable itinerary that you can amend as many times as you’d like. You can text me for assistance at any point before or during your trip.

  • I charge a flat fee of $1,900 USD for this luxury concierge service.

Package 2: Custom Itinerary and Contacts

  • I create a detailed, custom itinerary based on your specifications. I give you the contacts you need to arrange, book, and organize everything yourself.

  • $850 USD

Package 3: Arrange One Activity

  • I will arrange any single activity or experience you’d like here in Bali. I’ll organize and book it for you from start to finish. This package is good for 1 activity or booking at a time. Example; lets say you want to hike Mount Batur. I’ll organize round trip transportation and a guide for you.

  • $50 USD

ACCOMMODATIONS

I’ll send you 3-5 hotel and villa suggestions that suit your needs and book them for you directly here in Bali to get you the best prices!

Bonus: Air BnB photos are typically taken many years ago and when you arrive you’ll see the villa is run down. Don’t let this happen to you. I’ll go view it in person and even FaceTime you while I do if you’d like.

I’ll arrange any excursion you’d like, while taking into consideration logistics such as traffic and geographic locations to maximize your time in Bali. I’ll plan your trip activities based on the most time efficient, yet well paced, manner.

BEACH PICNICS

We love a boho beach picnic with the girls! Or maybe you want a romantic dinner for 2 on the beach. Whatever the occasion, I can set you with a beautiful beach table arrangement customized entirely to your specifications.

  • If you choose Package 1 or 2 I require a minimum of 1 month to plan your trip. This allows us time to go back and forth and make sure the itinerary is perfect for you! But I can expedite it at an additional $250 USD fee. Package 3 I would need about a 2 week notice depending on the activity as it might be fully booked ahead of time.

  • I’ll send you an invoice and you can pay me my fee as well as your trip budget. Once you are happy with the itineray I’ve put together for you, i’ll use the funds you’ve sent me to book the items on said itinerary. If there is money leftover I will send you a partial refund in that amount. I’ll send you receipts along the way so you know the totals and know how much to expect back.
