What’s included

• Accommodations

  Six-night stay in a private room with a private en-suite bathroom in Canggu. For our collective safety, the exact location of our accommodations will be shared with you after booking

• Meals and Drinks

  Two meals per day are included—usually breakfast or brunch and dinner—often enjoyed at stunning local restaurants. Drinks, including wine and cocktails, are also part of the experience!

• Airport Transfer

  We’ll arrange for a driver to pick you up and drop you off at DPS Airport in Bali. Airport transportation for arrivals and departures is available within the Canggu area only.

What’s not included

• Flights

  Flight to Indonesia is not included

• Insurance

  Travel and health insurance are not included. We highly recommend securing a comprehensive policy to cover any medical emergencies or unexpected cancellations on your part.

• Visa

  A Visa on Arrival (VOA) can be purchased by credit card when you land at DPS Airport. The cost is approximately $30 USD.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation within 14 Days:

- If you cancel within 14 days of placing your deposit or making your first payment, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments you have made.

2. Cancellation within 30 Days:

- If you cancel within 30 days of placing your deposit or making your first payment, you will receive a 25% refund of the total you’ve paid by that point.

3. Cancellation After 30 Days:

- If you cancel after 30 days of placing your deposit or making your first payment, you will not receive any refund. However, we will cancel your remaining payments, if any.

4. Travel Insurance:

- We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen cancellations, emergencies, or disruptions. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate coverage.

Terms and Agreements:

By booking this retreat, you agree to our terms and conditions including the following:

1. Code of Conduct: You agree to abide by our code of conduct to ensure a safe, and enjoyable experience for all participants. That means following local laws and treating your retreat mates with respect.

2. Passport and Forms: You agree to send us a clear photocopy of your passport and complete all required forms sent to you prior to the retreat.

3. Emergency Contact: You agree to provide us with an emergency contact number for use in case of unforeseen circumstances during the trip.
